Perfect Moose Voltage and Power versions.

Perfect Moose smart milk steamers come in different power/voltage versions because electricity works differently around the world. Some regions use 110–120V (like the USA), while others use 220–240V (most of Europe).

Different versions ensure your Perfect Moose runs safely and efficiently wherever you are.

Does voltage change performance?

No. Steam output and performance stay exactly the same.

No matter which voltage version you use, the steam output, speed and milk texturing of every Moose version remain exactly the same. Every model delivers the same strong, reliable steam power. Voltage differences do not affect steaming results.

Is energy consumption related to voltage?

Energy consumption depends on usage, not on voltage. So switching from a 230V to a 110V Moose does not save or cost you more energy in daily use. The bigger, the better? No sir.

So why does voltage matter?

Using the wrong voltage can cause malfunction or damage.

Even though performance and steam output or power don't change, the electrical requirements in your location do. Using the wrong voltage can cause the machine to underperform, fail to heat properly or even get damaged.

Is it just a different plug?

No. The inside of the machine is different too.

Different voltages require different internal components such as heating elements, boiler, wiring, electronics, fuses, safety protections... And yes, the plug changes as well.

What's right for me?

Match the Moose model to your building’s supply voltage.

Start by checking your building’s voltage. Your electrician or contractor can confirm what your outlet or circuit provides. Choosing the right voltage model mainly applies to US residents.
