As social media trends rule the roost, food pics are stealing the spotlight. Enter the pink latte. Serving this eye-catching milk coffee can attract more customers eager to snap and share, boosting both foot traffic and online presence.

What you need

210 ml oat milk (we used the Alpro Oat barista for Professionals) | 1 teaspoon (10 grams) of beetroot powder | 1 espresso | 1 tall glass

How to make pink latte

1. Steam the oat drink.

TIP when steaming manually, be sure not to steam the oat drink hotter than 65°C. Steaming too hot will ruin the taste of the oat m*lk. When using the Perfect Moosegrab the green pitcher (for plant-based). Temperature is set for you (easily adjustable if needed).

2. Mix 30 ml of the frothed oat drink in a glass with the beetroot powder. Mix everything well. Make sure the beetroot powder is dissolved thoroughly.

3. Add the espresso to the pink mix.

4. Add the rest of the steamed oats and give it a lovely latte art swirl if you can.

Ever wondered about beetroot?

Beets are packed with iron and vitamins A, C, and B8. These root veggies are known to boost digestion and lower blood pressure. Keep your skin glowing and fight off the signs of aging. And put that pink flair in your latte. What else do you want.
