What's on your tech support plate
You’ll be the technical point of contact for international partners, offering remote support, training, and troubleshooting. You’ll create support videos, manage a ticketing system, and contribute to testing and product improvement.
Who are you
- Ideally, you have an A2/A3 diploma in a technical field or sufficient technical experience. You're always eager to learn and want to fully master all technical aspects.
- It’s great if you have experience with video production. If not, but you're enthusiastic about learning, that’s just as good.
- Experience with a ticketing system or handling warranty claims is a plus.
- You are patient and can express yourself clearly in English, which will mainly be the working language. You’re comfortable working with people from all nationalities and enjoy building long-term trust-based relationships.
- You take initiative and enjoy working on improvements. You value feedback and like to relay it to our R&D department.
