1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and webshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or webshop. 

The Perfect Moose webshop is intended exclusively for professional customers. All purchases made through the webshop are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Orders: All orders placed by international dealers are subject to acceptance by Schuilenburg NV / Perfect Moose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. 

2.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped, unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer and credit card payment. 

3. Pricing and Taxes 

3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in euros and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs. 

3.2. Taxes and Duties: International dealers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or customs fees imposed by their respective countries. 

4. Shipping 

4.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within Europe are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. These costs will be communicated to the dealer before finalizing the purchase. For orders outside Europe, delivery is always Ex Works (EXW), and the dealer is responsible for arranging transport. 

4.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided by email, but Schuilenburg NV / Perfect Moose is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.  

5. Warranty 

5.1. Warranty Period: Schuilenburg NV grants a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty applies only to OEM Perfect Moose parts and Perfect Moose equipment invoiced by Schuilenburg NV to its network of Perfect Moose distributors.

Unless otherwise specified, the 12-month warranty period starts from the installation date, with a maximum of 18 months from the shipment date. 

5.2. Warranty Conditions: The warranty is only valid if the Perfect Moose equipment has been installed and maintained in accordance with Perfect Moose instructions by appointed and properly trained technicians. 

The warranty covers all OEM Perfect Moose parts, including wear parts recommended for replacement as part of preventive maintenance and communicated via the Perfect Moose online helpdesk. 

5.3. Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover: 

- Problems caused by incorrect water filtration 

- Problems caused by scale formation from the steam source 

- Improper use

- Pitchers 

- Labour costs 

- Shipping costs 

Schuilenburg NV reserves the right to update its warranty terms and procedures.

6. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
