1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Orders: All orders placed by international dealers are subject to acceptance by Schuilenburg nv / Perfect Moose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
2.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped unless agreed upon otherwise. We accept bank transfer and credit card payment.
3. Pricing and Taxes
3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in euro and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees.
3.2. Taxes and Duties: International dealers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their respective countries.
4. Shipping
4.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within Europe are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. These costs will be communicated to the dealer before finalizing the purchase. When ordering from outside Europe, delivery will always be ex-works and the dealer is responsible for transport of the order.
4.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided via email, but Schuilenburg nv / Perfect Moose is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Returns: International dealers may request returns within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to Schuilenburg nv's / Perfect Moose return policy.
5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
6.1. Product Warranty: Schuilenburg nv / Perfect Moose generally provides a 1-year warranty on all devices from the date of shipping unless agreed upon otherwise. The warranty covers all damages that can be attributed to inferior materials or defective workmanship.
Spare parts will be available 90 days under warranty free-of-charge except for transport or freight charges.
Warranty does not cover damages which have occurred through improper use, usage for purposes other than those intended, breakage, natural wear or for reasons beyond our sphere or influence.
In order to maintain warranty, only original spare parts and accessory parts may be used. Schuilenburg nv / Perfect Moose is in no way liable for consecutive or secondary damages. The warranty does not cover costs resulting from repairs conducted by non-authorized personnel. Labour costs are not covered by the warranty.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
