The don'ts
Working with the Perfect Moose is easy. He'll guide you through every step via simple instructions on screen. There are just a few basic rules to keep in mind. Added some pictures of dramatic people to get the message across.

Don't let anything touch the pitcher holder.
Underneath the pitcher holder there's a weighing scale. Very sensitive. When something touches the pitcher holder, weight is added and that might mess up Moose's calculations.

Let go of the handle.
And we'll say it again. Let it go. When the Moose is steaming, go wave at your customers or pull that espresso shot. Hands-free steaming baby.
Sorry if that song is now stuck in your head all day.

Put your jug on straight.
Don't put your smart pitcher on the device at an angle. Always put it straight in the fitting pitcher holder ring.
Perfect fit to drop in 3 different Moose pitcher sizes.

Don't block the Moose eye
The Moose eye measures the temperature. Nothing comes between the moose eye and the smart pitcher. No handle. No hanky. No nothing.
Just point the pitcher handle towards you. Plain and simple.

No adding milk during steaming.
The Moose won't let you start when there's too much milk in your pitcher to make sure you get the best of the best milk foam.
Don't go behind his back and add some while he's doing his steamy thing. You'll confuse him. Revenge might be overflowing pitcher or not so perfect quality microfoam. You brought this on yourself.
